Verification

· Email verification for every account
· Phone verification before a first booking
· Verified Artist badge after a reviewed profile and one completed concert
· Verified Host badge after a reviewed space and one completed concert

Address privacy

· Public profiles show only a neighbourhood and city
· The full address is released to confirmed participants only
· Guests receive practical details after their place is confirmed

If something goes wrong

· Report a user from any profile or conversation
· Block a user to stop all contact
· Cancellation policy with clear refund windows
· Community guidelines every member accepts at sign-up

Event compliance

· Each booking records whether the event is private or public
· Whether tickets are sold and whether it is advertised publicly
· Whether recorded music is played around the live performance
· Status: Action Required, Information Required or Ready
· Belgian music licensing (Unisono/SABAM) workflow prepared — exemption is never assumed
