Living Room Concerts is a Belgian platform connecting artists with hosts of intimate home concerts. You can reach us via the contact form on this website.

Account data: name, email address, role (artist or host) and password (stored encrypted).

Profile data: biography, photos, city, neighbourhood, fees, equipment and other details you choose to publish.

Booking data: dates, guest numbers, fees, messages and compliance answers.

Contact form and reservation data: name, email and your message.

Exact residential addresses are never shown publicly. Only the neighbourhood and city are visible. The full address is only shared with the artist once a booking is confirmed.

To provide the platform, handle bookings and reservations, answer your questions, keep the community safe and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interest, consent (for optional cookies) and legal obligation.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the other party of a booking and with service providers that host the website, send emails or process payments, under appropriate agreements.

We keep data as long as your account is active and as required by law (for example accounting records). You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data and to object to processing. You may also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
