Terms of Service
These terms apply to everyone who uses Living Room Concerts: artists, hosts and guests. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to them.
The platform
Living Room Concerts connects artists and hosts. The concert agreement is made directly between the artist and the host; we facilitate the request, negotiation and confirmation.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details private. We may verify, unpublish or suspend profiles that break these terms or our community guidelines.
Fees
The artist keeps 100% of the agreed artist fee. The host pays a platform service fee of 10% on top of the artist fee. Example: €400 artist fee + €40 service fee = €440.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when both the artist and the host have accepted and the host has confirmed. Only then is the exact address shared.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made as early as possible via the platform. Specific cancellation conditions agreed between artist and host apply. Repeated late cancellations may lead to suspension.
Music licensing and compliance
Hosts are responsible for checking whether their event requires a music licence (for example via Unisono) and for complying with local rules. Living Room Concerts never declares an event exempt from licensing.
Liability
We are not a party to the concert agreement and are not liable for the performance, the venue or damage arising during a concert, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Belgium.
